General information and conditions


  1. All applications must comply with the Nevill Bullock RTNZ Charitable Trust's general criteria for participation, including the ability to converse in English.
  2. Tour guests are encouraged to bring partners, but regrettably the tour is not suitable for children.
  3. Payment in full is required with the application.
  4. Passports and visas are the responsibility of the tour applicants. Letters of invitation to assist with visas will NOT be issued by the Trust.
  5. Travel to and from the start and finish points of the tour will be the responsibility of the individual tour participants, however; home hosting near the arrival and departure airports may be arranged if the Tour Organiser is notified in advance.
  6. The organisers (Trustees), RTNZ, Round Table Areas, Round Tables and their members, their families, friends or other individuals will not be held responsible for any injury or loss for any participant attending the tour. The form of indemnity must be signed.
  7. Accommodation will be home hosting and hotel stops throughout the Tour at the discretion of the Trustees and Tour Organiser.
  8. The Tour leaves Christchurch but arrival to NZ should be in time for the welcome party.
  9. The cost of the Tour is $1750 per person (Approx 1022 Euros as of 30.04.18).
  10. It is strictly not permitted for the participants to break away from the Tour at any point except for extreme circumstances or an emergency.
  11. In the event of over subscription to the Tour, the Tour Organiser, on behalf of the Nevill Bullock RTNZ Charitable Trust reserves the right to limit or even reduce the amount of participants from any one country on the Tour and this would be done on a strictly first come first served basis; so it is advisable to book early.
  12. The Trustees of the Nevill Bullock RTNZ Charitable Trust on behalf of RTNZ Reserves the right to refuse the application of any individual without giving further reason.
  13. The Trustees of the Nevill Bullock RTNZ Charitable Trust reserves the right to cancel the Tour if insufficient registrations are received.
